Billing Schedule: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan.
Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your payment information is encrypted and not stored on our servers.
Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew on the renewal date unless you cancel before the billing date.
Refund Policy: All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or our discretion for service failures.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

You agree not to use iTrader for any illegal, unauthorized, or prohibited purposes. Specifically, you may not:
All content on iTrader, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, and video, is the property of iTrader or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
License to Use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use our platform for personal, educational purposes only.
Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a license to use it within the platform.
No Reproduction: You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written permission.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to iTrader immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

Upon termination, your right to use iTrader ceases immediately. We may delete your account and all associated data after a 30-day retention period.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, iTrader shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this agreement is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. We will notify you of material changes via email or through a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of iTrader after changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
